WHY WE LIKE IT? Arguably Zimbabwes best game viewing, the private anti-poaching team has created a haven for wildlife in this area, including good numbers of both Black and White Rhinos.

HOW TO GET THERE? Federal Air flights operate from Johannesburg on Mondays and Thursdays. But a private charter is the best way to get there.

SPECIAL INTEREST: The Lodge offers various activities including bush walks and boat cruises. The bushmen paintings are a must see.

The Singita properties in Southern Africa are worth visiting all year round and the price doesn’t change seasonally.

The best time for photography is from May – November when the grass is not as lush, but the bush is the most alive during summer just after the rains.

Daily game drives with professional guides and trackers provide the perfect opportunity to get up close to Africa’s incredible animals, while spot lit nighttime drives reveal the elusive magic of nocturnal Africa.

The game drives are all conducted in state-of-the-art Land Cruisers, each accommodating a maximum of six guests. During your stay at Singita Pamushana, you are likely to spot a great variety of wildlife including leopard, lion, rhino, large herds of buffalo, elephant, reedbuck, hyena, hippopotamus, nyala, cheetah, wild dogs and many species of birds.
